Meet The Board
Rob has volunteered with One Meal’s Northern Beaches service area since 2020 and has been a key part of the local management committee.
Rob brings a wealth of expertise to the One Meal Board having served as Chairman, CFO and COO of several Major Marketing and communications Companies across Australia and NZ over a 35 year period. He holds a Degree in Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Company Directors, and former Chairman Fellow of Company Secretaries Australia.
Chris has volunteered with various community kitchens and meal services since 2015, and became one of the founding members of our Northern Beaches service area since its inception in 2020. Chris coordinates the Hot Meal program, looks after incoming food donations to ensure quality and freshness, and oversees a weekly One Meal open pantry held at the local RSL for Veterans.
Since joining the board as Treasurer Chris has initiated and completed a comprehensive update of our accounts and financial reporting to ensure we are in line with recognized accounting standards and industry best practice.
Rob holds post graduate qualifications in Human Factors and Safety Management Systems and brings significant experience in Quality Management, Auditing and Work Health and Safety Management.
Her leadership roles have included managing people, finances and resources, as well as strategic planning, and brand and reputation management in the non-profit sector.
Outside of OneMeal Linda enjoys cooking, sport and all the family activities.
From scheduling and beyond, Maurice’s commitment highlights OneMeal’s mission, blending food sharing with authentic human relationships.
In 2011, Ang commenced working in the Social & Community Services sector, supporting vulnerable individuals & families, particularly youth, through organisations such as PCYC, Youth Off The Streets, Dunlea Centre, ADF and NSW Education. Her experience spans trauma, OOHC, mental health & illness, DV & abuse, AOD dependencies, Indigenous & CALD, Youth Justice, Homelessness, Family Restoration and more, with a strong understanding of diverse needs and support systems, and a background in Case Management and advocacy.
In 2023, Ang founded her clothing brand, LEROY, and was voted by the community as a Finalist in the Sutherland Shire Local Business Awards for 2023 and 2024. Through LEROY, Ang has created the ‘Community Connections’ initiative, which designs limited edition clothing with profits supporting community members in need of financial assistance. In her free time, Ang enjoys family activities with her husband, 3 children, and pets.

Food is very close to his heart, and in 2017 Arum was a finalist on Masterchef Australia. These days, his cooking is limited to friends and family, but he appreciates being able to use food as a way to give back to the local community and help others.
With over two decades of corporate experience in pharmaceuticals and medical publishing, Darren offers insights garnered from roles spanning sales, marketing, and general management. His strategic acumen and business savvy enrich board discussions and decision-making processes.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Darren embodies a passion for an active lifestyle, frequently engaging in sports, and cherishing moments spent with his loved ones.
